Why did I used to go to sleep in my bra?

To answer that question I have no idea. The girls dont need to be perky all night. No wonder my mom used to make fun of me and kels for sleeping with our bras on. The girls need a break. Maybe it's my feminist presentation that I just recently did, and we were talking about showing a clip from a bra burning in class, that made me start to think about what a pain bras really are (although they are useful, they just aren't the most comfy thing in the world to wear).

Now, don't get me wrong. I am all for bras, but why wear one when you are going to bed and you are in your comfies (as Kels would say) or your cozies (as Bethany would say). The point of getting ready for bed is to be comfy. I also enjoy a hot pair of jeans that makes your bunns look amazing, but I dont go to bed wearing that.

All I am saying is that when you go to bed you should be comfy and that my mom was correct in mocking me. With that, all I have left to say is good night.

Things That Have Happened While David's Been Gone...

I am so excited for David to get back home. He gets home on December 19th for Christmas, and then yesterday he told me that his AIT has been changed to only 19 weeks long, so he should be back home for good, around March 11th. It is going to be so nice to see him again. I can have him home to change lightbulbs that are up way high, and to watch Glee episodes with. When he gets finished with his training, I'm going to go out to visit him and then we can see all of the sights and hang out for a little bit in Georgia together.

While he has been gone I finally won, our baby name debate, and I get to choose our girls names. I'd say what they are, but I dont want anyone to steal them from me. Trust me they are fabulous, and when I have my first baby you'll find out, because I'm sure I'll have a little girl first. We are going to wait until I am finished with school until we have a lil Brownie (Brownie meaning a baby of Madison and David Brown) so in about 2 years.

Speaking of Brownies, I normally just make them from the box, but I decided with my new last name, it would be a shame for me to not have an AMAZING homemade brownie recipe. Turtle brownies are my personal favorite, but mint brownies are also a good choice as well. I will keep you posted for when I do find a recipe I love and I'll post the directions for everyone to be able to try out.

Other fun things that have happened while David has been gone. Kelsey had her baby and I am now a proud aunt. Kensington Lowe is the CUTEST baby you've ever seen and has the prettiest blue eyes, although, I'm sure they will turn brown, because both Brian and Kelsey have brown eyes. She makes the cutest sounds and we enjoy girls nights at my house while Kels and Bri go on dates. I'm excited for her to get a little bit older and she can help me make cookies or we can have tea parties or play with baby dolls together while Mr. and Mrs. Lowe are out on the town. This weekend Kensi and I are going to be hanging out together while her madre and padre go to the U game. Kensi and I haven't decided what we are going to do fun while they are at the U game. Kensi whispered in my ear that she is really a BYU fan, so we may watch the Cougars play or we may just wear our navy and white and go shopping together instead.

Also Joslyn, one of my best friends from high school, got engaged and is getting married on June 11, 2011! So now I finally get to visit Dallas, with David. I hope he loves it as much as I do. I'm just excited to be able to go to to the Galleria, and to be able to see the skyline, and play tour guide of my city to my hubby.
I'm halfway done with The Help which is really good book if you haven't read it yet. I can't wait to read it tonight and find out what is going on with Stuart and Skeeter. I really hope they end up getting married. Don't tell me if they break up. I'd also love for Minny to come cook for me. She sounds like such a good cook and just reading about what she's cooking makes me hungry. Now i'm craving some fried okra and barbeque chicken. Delish.

Thats pretty much all the high points of what has happened while David has been gone. I'm sure that David's being gone is why the Cougars are doing so poorly too. They need they're biggest fan back so that they can do well. So I'm sure that next season will be better. Well tata for now.
